May 21, 2023 The Week Ahead

Here are a few reminders for this week:
Masses This Week: Students in 3K-4th Grade will attend Mass on Tuesday with 2nd Graders leading the Mass. Students in 5th-8th Grade will attend Mass on Thursday with 7th Graders in Mrs. Smet's homeroom leading the Mass. Please join us! Mass begins at 8:30 a.m. each day. Students must be in uniform.

Field Day: Field Day will be on Wednesday! In the event of rain, it will be postponed to Thursday. Please visit our sign-up page if you volunteered to help and/or to check out available opportunities. Read through our Field Day flier for more information about lunch, what to wear, and more.

Mother-Son Event: The Home & School Association is excited to host a Mother-Son Dockhounds game on Wednesday at 6:35 p.m.! Visit their website to purchase your tickets and join the fun. Contact Kristen Jessup with any questions.

Golf Outing: Registration for the 22nd Annual St. Charles Parish Golf Outing is due by Friday! Please visit our website to sign up and/or to become a sponsor. We would also love your help with acquiring sponsorships and raffle items! For more information about volunteering, please email Ashley Leonhard.

Looking ahead to the week of May 28:
No School: There is no school on Monday, May 29 in observance of Memorial Day.

Graduation: Please join us in congratulating the Class of 2023 as they graduate on Thursday, June 1!

REMINDERS

Lost & Found: If your child has lost anything throughout the last couple of months at school, please check our Lost & Found outside of the School Office! Unclaimed items will be donated after Friday.

Lunch Room, Recess Supervision, & Health Room: We would love your help in our lunch room and health room or outside for lunch recess supervision! Please visit our sign-up pages to see what opportunities are available. Please remember that volunteers must complete Safe Environment training before they can volunteer in the school.
