September 1, 2024 The Week Ahead

Here are a few reminders for this week:
No School: There is no school on Monday in observance of Labor Day and on Friday for the first day of Fall Fest.

Culver's Night Out: Culver's Night Out is on Monday from 5-8 p.m. at the Hartland location! Mention you're with St. Charles so that we will receive 10% of the evening's sales. Treat yourself while supporting our parish and school! Interested in volunteering tomorrow night? Please visit our sign-up page!

Spirit Wear Wednesday: Students can wear spirit wear shirts with uniform bottoms on Wednesday!

All-School Mass: We will have an all-school Mass on Thursday with 7th Graders leading the Mass! Students must be in uniform. All are welcome to join! Mass begins at 9 a.m.

Fall Fest: Fall Fest kicks off on Friday at noon! Stop by throughout the weekend in support of our parish and school. If you are interested in volunteering, please visit our sign-up page. We would love your help!

Looking ahead to the week of September 8:
Room Parent Meeting: There will be a Room Parent Meeting on Thursday, September 12 at 6:30 p.m. in the STEM Room!

NEWS & REMINDERS

Temporary Drop-off/Pick-up Procedures: Please review the drop-off and pick-up map for our temporary procedures prior to Tuesday! For more information about these temporary changes due to Fall Fest setup and cleanup, visit our website.

Hot Lunch & Milk Program: If you would like your child to participate in the hot lunch program or to receive milk during their snack time, please set up an account with Kettle Moraine. Visit their website and select Parochial Schools for more information and to register.

Lunch Room, Recess Supervision, & Health Room: We would love your help in our lunch room and health room or outside for lunch recess supervision! Lunch recess supervision is a fun way to extend your summer and enjoy some sunshine. Please visit our sign-up pages to see what opportunities are available. Volunteers must complete Safe Environment training before they can volunteer in the school.
