Here are a few reminders for this week:
Seton Pep Rally: Please join us in congratulating and cheering on our 8th Grade boys and girls' volleyball teams and their coaches as they head to the Seton Tournament! We will have a Pep Rally for both teams on Monday at 2:30 p.m. in the Gym. The boys' first game is on Monday at 5:30 p.m., and the girls' first game is on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. Both games will be held at the Sting Center in Milwaukee. 

Homework Club: Homework Club meets on Monday from 3:25-4 p.m.If your child is signed up for Homework Club but can't attend tomorrow, please contact Mrs. Henkel or Mrs. Hanaway

Mass This Week: Students in 4K-8th Grade will attend our All-School Mass for the Solemnity of All Saints on Friday with 6th Graders leading the Mass. Please join us! Mass begins at 9 a.m. Students must be in uniform. 

Home & School Association Meeting: Our Home & School Association meeting will be on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in the STEM Room. Parents are invited to come learn more about the HSA and how you can help support our school. 

Spirit Wear Wednesday: Students can wear spirit wear shirts with uniform bottoms on Wednesday!

Endter's Night Out: St. Charles Night at Endter's is on Wednesday from 4-10 p.m.! Endter's will donate $5 for every large pizza and $3 for every small pizza to St. Charles Parish School. Dine in or carry out. Don't forget to buy SCRIP for Endter's! They generously give us a 20% rebate on gift cards.

Black/Orange Dress Down Day: All students and staff can wear black and orange on Thursday for Halloween!

Halloween Parade: Students in 5K-8th Grade will walk through the neighborhood in their costumes for our annual Halloween Parade on ThursdayPlease remember that blood, makeup, gore, and fake weaponry are not allowed. Students will change into their costumes after lunch, so please make sure costumes are easy to put on. We appreciate your help! Students in 3K and 4K will parade within the building and will visit parish offices, as well. It's always fun to see our littles in their costumes!

Halloween Classroom Parties: We will have classroom parties in celebration of Halloween on Thursday! Please park in the Safe Parking area in our west lot and enter through the school entrance doors if you are volunteering for your child's party. 

Book Fair: Students will visit the Book Fair on Friday and throughout next week, and parents are welcome to shop during Parent-Teacher Conferences on November 4 and 5 by the school's Library. The Book Fair will also be open before and after all Masses on Saturday and Sunday in the Borromeo Hall. To check out the online store, please visit Literati's website! Looking ahead to the week of November 3: 
Parent-Teacher Conferences: Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Monday, November 4 from 4-7:30 p.m. and Tuesday, November 5 from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Please sign up for a conference with your child's teacher through our online system by Thursday. Parking will be available in our West lot only on Tuesday, November 5 due to St. Charles being the Village of Hartland's host site for voting.

Culver's Night Out: Culver's Night Out is on Monday, November 4 from 5-8 p.m. at the Hartland location! Are you interested in volunteering that night or on a different date? Please visit our sign-up page to check out upcoming opportunities. Don't forget to purchase and use SCRIP for Culver's to help support the parish and school, too!

No School: There is no school on Tuesday, November 5 due to Parent-Teacher Conferences.
REMINDERS
Recess Help: Are you looking for volunteer hours? Are you in need of some fresh air or want to get some steps in during the day? Please consider volunteering during our lunch recess periods. It's a great way to see your child during the day and have some fun with all of our students. We have lots of kiddos at recess and are always looking for additional eyes and ears to help keep them all safe! Please sign up on our volunteer pageWe are especially in need of help throughout this week!

Long-Term Sub Needed
: We are in search of a long-term substitute teacher for one of our 5K classrooms. If you or someone you know might be interested, please contact Principal Garvey. This is roughly a six-week term starting on Wednesday, November 6. We appreciate your help!
