Reminders and what you need to know for the week ahead which feels more like Winter than Spring. Don't forget to send snow gear to school so your kids can play outside during recesses.
Monday, April 9:
* Tickets for the Spring Musical "Godspell Jr." are on sale in the Parish Office. Tickets are $5 in advance and $6 at the door. Performances are Saturday, April 21 at 6:30 pm and Sunday, April 22 at 2 pm in the gym. Don't wait -- buy your tickets soon. Click here for more information.
* Screen Time Challenge Log Sheet Due: Send the log sheets to the School Office to the attention of Guidance Counselor Mrs. Delmore or scan the sheet and email it to Mrs. Delmore. Thank you for your help and we hope to spark some good discussions about screen time with our students.
* Peer Tutoring/Homework Club meets after school at 3:25 pm and ends at 4:15 pm. We look forward to seeing everyone.
Tuesday, April 17:
* Early Release Day for Teacher In-Service: This is the last Early Release Day of the 2017-2018 School Year. Students in 5K through 8th Grade will be released at 11:45 am and students in 3K and 4K will be released at their regular time of 11:30 am.
Wednesday, April 18:
* Middle School students present Science Fair Projects to judges.
Thursday, April 19:
* Band Fest at St. Charles: Students who play in Advanced and Beginning Bands will perform forthe school at 1:15 pm in the gym. The evening performance of Band Fest takes place at 6:30 pm at St. Charles and includes student musicians from St. Anthony on the Lake in Pewaukee and St. Jerome's in Oconomowoc. All are welcome to listen to our talented students.
Friday, April 20:
* ADORE Family Holy Hour: Come spend time in Eucharistic Adoration with your family. Adoration begins at 6:30 pm followed by refreshments and play time in the gym at 7:30 pm. Click here for more information.
Saturday & Sunday, April 21 & 22:
* St. Vincent de Paul donation truck will be on the premises to collect clothes, small appliances, electronics (but not TVs) and other household items. Clean out your closets and bring your donations to St. Charles. Read more about drop off times here.

Remember to Support Our Custodian Denny Stadler In Janitor Of The Year Contest -- DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, APRIL 20
Denny Stadler, our longtime custodian who keeps St. Charles Parish School tidy and clean along with his wife Terrie and several others in his crew, is one of 10 finalists for Janitor of the Year by Cintas.
Denny is the lead janitor at Lake Country School where he works in the mornings and afternoons before coming to St. Charles later in the afternoons. His nomination was submitted by Lake Country School. Cintas judges were impressed with the nominees who "who stuck out not only because they do their job exceedingly well but because they have left a positive and lasting impact on their schools.These finalists redefine what it means to be a school janitor.=E2=80=9D
Denny is one of 3,200 custodians nominated for this honor.
